Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in July 2016 revealed on-site soil and groundwater impacts related to historical golf course use (arsenic). A restrictive covenant (IC) was in-place at the time of the Phase I ESA to address documented on-site arsenic impacts in soil and groundwater. No additional RECs were identified.
