Former Use: The Property is developed with a one-story, approximately 15,000 square foot building. The building is located in the eastern portion of the Property and is separated from a paved parking area in the western portion of the Property by an alley way. The Property has been utilized for commercial purposes since the 1930�s. The Property was, at one time an automobile dealer and service center.
