0.11 acre grassed lot located in historic Ybor City. The site area is developed mainly with historic residences and vacant lots.

Former Use: The site is located at 2219 E. 5th Avenue in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, and is identified by Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Folio No. 189350-0000. The 0.11-acre parcel is undeveloped grassed land and there are no current site improvements. The site was developed with a residence sometime between 1910 and 1914 which remained present until approximately 1970. An historic church building was moved to the site in 2003 and demolished in February 2016. The site is currently vacant grassed land. The current site owner is Tomybor Inc. which obtained the site from Resurgence, Inc. through a Corporate Warranty Deed dated February 4, 2004. Resurgence Inc. obtained the site from Clarence P Wilson Sr. through a Warranty Deed dated December 30, 1999, and Clarence Wilson obtained the site from Wilson Brothers Enterprises PA on September 2, 1998. Groundwater sampling was conducted (Sept. 1, 2016 by Terracon) at 3 sampling points (shallow and deep samples collected at each point) along the eastern site boundary and no 8260 VOC contaminants were detected above MDLs in the 6 groundwater samples.
