Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The northern portion of the property was developed as a portion of the Norwood Sash & Door Company (NORCO) for manufacturing and distribution of pre-cut materials, windows, doors, and millwork for homes. All buildings on this portion of the property were destroyed in a fire in 2010. The southern portion of the property was sold to the American Lanudry Machine Company (ALMCO) in 1946 before being razed in 2004.
