Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently vacant. The property is next to a commercial business and a residential property. A potential property developer was considering putting a small office on the parcel. However, development of the site would involve handling of petroleum impacted left in place. An investigation was conducted to evaluate the costs for impacted soil and groundwater handling. The city was considering covering the costs for impacted soil disposal. The developer is considering his options. PPF attached to QR 7, 4/1/05-6/30/05. Development of a one-story office building was completed in 2008.
