Additional Property Attributes

This property is currently rented to several tenants with several spaces that are currently vacant. Chamco, Inc., took ownership of the property with the understanding that the City would purchase the property after signing an agreement. The city conducted a Phase I environmental assessment prior to signing the agreement. PPF attached to QR 7, 4/1/2005-6/30/2005. The Phase II ESA was completed in Ocotober 2009. Asbestos was observed in the building and removed. The building occuping the site was razed in May 2011 and the site recapped with crushed concrete. The site will redeveloped in the next two years with greenspace, new road and pathway, and residential/commercial buildings.

Former Use: This property is currently occupied by a single building with 101,500 square feet of space. Historical property uses include a hotel, a lumber yard, paper manufacturing, a junk yard, a foundry, a filling station, and a printer.
