Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of approximately 3.72 acres and is developed with a two-story building (main building) constructed in 1919. The Owner is currently looking for funding opportunities to renovate the building's interior. Initial planning ideas from development companies include transforming the property into mixed use with commercial retail, additional parking, and residential suites. A rooftop recreational complex would allow residents to oversee baseball games and events at historic Bosse Field located nearby. Assessments conducted on the property have identified lead-based paint and asbestos in the building, which will assist the Owner with renovation activities.

Former Use: The property consists of approximately 3.72 acres and is developed with a two-story building (main building) constructed in 1919. The main building, garage, and storage building are utilized by Crawford Door Sales for office space, storage space, door assembly, painting, and metal fabrication. C&I Electronics is an electronics recycling facility that occupies the northeast section of the main building. A wood shop is located in Room 101 (north portion) of the building. Prior uses of the property include a fueling station, plastic and rubber manufacturing, and an underwear manufacturer. Past ownership includes Cardea LLC (current), David Kishline (1980-2005), and Jerry Markets, Inc. (1976-1980) among other private owners.
