Additional Property Attributes

The property is an approximate 1.60-acre lot and currently consists of a vacant, former school. Gibson County is currently in the process of determining funding opportunities for the potential redevelopment of the building into commercial office space or demolition of the structure. The asbestos investigation and specifications provided as part of this agreement will assist the County with future building planning. The redevelopment of this property will help regenerate the Princeton area and prevent future vandalism to the building.
