Additional Property Attributes

The property is an approximately 36.07-acre lot and is currently unoccupied. Much of the property consists of overgrown vegetation and wooded areas. Several depressions, marsh areas, and ponds were noted across the property. Miscellaneous debris, metal piping, concrete structures, and trash were also noted around several areas of the property. Some metal piping extended into the ground. Black staining and odor were noted on the ground and concrete pavement at multiple locations of the property. The debris, piping, and staining appears to be the results of past operations as an oil refinery. Many of the former surface structures have since been demolished.

Former Use: Past uses of the property includes an oil refinery from circa 1947 to 1973. Past ownership Princeton Mining Company, R.J. Oil & Refining Company, Crystal-Princeton Refining Company, Northland Oil & Refining Company, and Indiana Refining Company were listed as prior owners of the property since 1973. Miscellaneous debris, metal piping, concrete structures, and trash were observed on several areas of the property. Some metal piping extended into the ground. Black staining and odor were noted on the ground and concrete pavement at multiple locations of the property.
