Additional Property Attributes

No RECs or HRECs were discovered. Some items of note from the assessment: 1. Potential presence of asbestos inside the buildings. Recommendation � have an asbestos survey conducted by a licensed inspector prior to building demolition. 2. The presence of a groundwater supply well at the property. Recommendation � if the well is no longer needed, properly abandon the well in accordance with the relevant regulations. 3. The presence of a suspected septic system. Recommendation � confirm the presence of the septic system and properly abandon the system in accordance with the relevant regulations. 4. Several areas of trash and debris were identified. Recommendation � remove and properly dispose of the trash/debris. Following removal, perform a visual inspection of the area to confirm that no releases or suspected releases of regulated substances have occurred.
