Between 1919 and 1937, the building was utilized for auto sales and service. Filling station operations were conducted on the southwestern portion of the subject property from prior to 1940 until at least the 1960s. Two gas tanks usts? were noted inside the southwest corner of the subject building on a 1948 Sanborn map. In 1971, the subject property was acquired by the current owner for use as attorney offices.
