The adjacent business wants to acquire this property in order to expand the existing business operations.

Former Use: The site consists of approximately 0.4 acre and is improved with a one-story office/warehouse building containing approximately 8,000 square feet of floor space. The site is currently unoccupied. Concrete paved parking areas are located north of the building and concrete paved docks are located south of the building. A recessed truck loading dock is located on the southwest portion of the site. The site is currently unoccupied and has been since approximately 2010. Historical review indicates the site was vacant agricultural land from at least 1937 through the 1960s. A parking lot was located on the site from the at least 1972 until the existing building was constructed in 1997/98. Occupants of the site building have been a transmission parts sales facility, a water softener company, a construction contractor, and an automotive company.
