In the spring of 2017, the City approved plans to renovate the 37,860-square foot structure into twenty-three (23) market-rate rental apartments. The project also includes the construction of 17 townhouses on the site, which would mix modern designs with the historic architectural features of the school building.

Former Use: Built in 1916, the Whitney School is one of Green Bay�s oldest remaining school buildings. The building has also been used as a health clinic.
