Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was recently formed through a division of three properties; 4730 Frontage Road, 4820 Frontage Road, and 4910 Frontage Road and currently consists of vacant land. The division process is initiated but not yet complete. Historically, the three parent parcels from which the site was created consisted of vacant land on the western portions and buildings on the eastern portions of the parcels. Historic occupants of the buildings include Glacier Transit & Storage and Wisconsin Power and Light (including other entities and/or subsidiaries). Glacier Transit and Storage purchased the properties from Wisconsin Power and Light (or its various entities and/or subsidiaries) in 2005 (4820 and 4730 Frontage Road parcels) and 2007 (4910 Frontage Road parcel). Glacier Transit and Storage use the Site for cold storage and transport of goods. The use is not known during the period which Wisconsin Power and Light owned the property.
