Former Use: Subject property identified in city directories and on-site IDNR LUST records as part of 85 Terminal Street and listed as a fuel oil company in 1967, fuel oil and ice company in 1972 and 1977, fuel oil and ice company and trucking garage in 1983, fuel oil company in 1987 and 1992, unlisted in 1998, fuel oil company in 2003, and oil and gas producers in 2009. Subject property currently contains a warehouse and exterior materials storage (PIN 1130305010), urea fertilizer storage building (PIN 1130305012), and �Mulgrew Office� and exterior materials and barge/float storage (PIN 1130305013). � A historical Sanborn map dated 1909 listed the subject property as part of �Thomas J. Mulgrew Ice, Coal and Wood Yard� and included coal and wood sheds, a warehouse and railroad tracks; the Sanborn map dated 1950 listed as �Thomas J. Mulgrew Co. Ice Plant� and included a structure with freezing tanks and ice storage served by a platform and railroad; Sanborn map dated 1970 listed as �Mulgrew Oil Co. Bulk Oil Station� and �Mulgrew Oil Co. Ice Plant� and included an oil warehouse, thirteen (13) gasoline tanks, pump house, propane tank, salt warehouse, building materials warehouse, and a structure containing freezing tanks and ice storage. � Historical aerial photographs dated 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1994, 2004, and 2005 depict numerous ASTs on the northern portion of the parcel identified as PIN 1130305013. The total number of ASTs is reduced between 1994 and 2002. The tanks do not appear after 2010.
