Additional Property Attributes

The property is owned by the Red Caboose Day Care Center. Red Caboose serves a diverse population of children, including over 20% who qualify for free or reduced meals. Former Use: The site is currently a vacant lot and historically housed a gas station and several residential properties, across the street from the former Rayovac Battery Plant. The site contained residual soil contamination associated with the gas station, two former heating oil tanks, and miscellaneous fill materials.
