The Former Sani-Dairy Plant has been razed and the property will be prepared for development of an inner-city technology complex, the Johnstown Regional Technology Complex. This project, spearheaded by the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority and Conemaugh Hospital, will provide an economic boost to Johnstown's economy and complement revitalization efforts downtown through the promotion of technology and health-based businesses. (PPF - Former Sani-Dairy Property, 11/18/05) Currently, infrastructure of property work being performed to ready property for the new building. Former Use: Former dairy plant, chosen by Conemaugh Hospital for Regional High Tech Complex. Efforts to revitalize have been ongoing since closing in 1999. Property has been chosen for a Regional High Tech Complex.
