Additional Property Attributes

The REC identified during Phase I ESA activities includes a former retention basin that received effluent from nearby dyeing operations.

Former Use: A portion of the property has formerly operated as the Town of Mayodan Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The additional land was formerly used as a municipal land fill for the town.
