Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one parcel of land (0.1607 ac); Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is 100% (0.1607 ac) of residential property with a single story 812 sq ft Ranch style home occupying the Property; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southeast; The Property elevation is approximately 1,191 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 100-year floodplain but within the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property�s geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Yahola fine sandy loam; State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property

Former Use: From aerial photographs, it appears that north and south adjacent lots have historically operated as auto salvage yards. Furthermore, addresses south adjacent to the Property have operated as an auto repair facility and automotive salvage yard from the 1960s-1980s. Approximately 150 feet east of the Property is listed as residential but according to City Directories and the EDR Historical Cleaners database, this residence did operate as a cleaners during the 1950s. These constitute RECs to the Property.
