The subject site is approximately one acre of an 81.89-acre parcel that encompasses land on both sides of NC Hwy 11 North. The parcel is recorded as Lenoir County Parcel ID Number 4536-0255-7393. The parcel is improved with one 5,952 square foot building and paved parking area. The site was vacant at the time of our site visit. It has since been donated to Lenoir Community College who is using it for classroom space.

Former Use: The subject site is approximately one acre of an 81.89-acre parcel that encompasses land on both sides of NC Hwy 11 North. The parcel is recorded as Lenoir County Parcel ID Number 4536-0255-7393. The parcel is improved with one 5,952 square foot building and paved parking area. The subject site is zoned Industrial Business (I-B) by the City of Kinston. Land use at the subject site has been confirmed by aerial photography back to 1956, when the subject site was comprised of cleared agricultural land. The current structure was built in 1964 and was reportedly used as a grocery store until approximately the early 2000s when the building was used as a gymnasium facility. The building was vacant at the time of our site visit.
