Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed prior to 1888 with residences, and with commercial buildings used as a wallpaper and paint store and a barber. A gasoline filling station was present on the Property from 1933 through at least 1955; however, the USTs were located on the south-adjoining site. The gasoline filling station was replaced with a restaurant and a store in the 1960s. From the late 1960�s through the 2000s, the building on the Property was operated as a restaurant.
