Former Use: The property has been railroad property since at least 1900. The Property was formely owned by Candian National Railroad (CN). Prior to CN (formerly Wisconsin Central Limited) owning the Property, it was owned by Fox Valley & Western and Chicago & Northwestern Railroad, respectively. The property has been leased by Custom Marine since 1999 and used as an outdoor storage area. The property is currently vacant and was purchased from the railroad in July 2014.
