Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was farmland in the late 1930s until it became the Frisco Manufacturing, furniture manufacturing facility in 1941. The facility operated as a furniture manufacturing facility from 1941 until 1981 then continued to use the property for storage until the mid-1990s. Frisco Manufacturing was located along the southern property boundary and burned sometime between the late 1980s and the early 1990s. Standard Furniture purchased the property in 1995 and continued to use the property for storage. In 1999 Southern Cypress and Lumber began leasing the property from the Town of Frisco City and purchased the property in 2007 and closed operations in 2011.
