Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The current property owner is Marshall County. The property is approximately 8.7 acre in size. The oldest available historical record was a 1953 USGS topographic map that appeared to show the property as undeveloped in a rural setting about 1.5 miles northwest of the Town of Holly Springs. The first apparent development on the property was in the 1971 aerial photograph and the 1975 topographic map that appear to show the current county road department structures. In 1992, the county shop and the three aboveground storage tanks (AST) were definitely present, but the operation was not yet using the southern portions of the site as a boneyard for discarded materials. In 2005, the site use appears as it does currently. There are two main buildings located on the northern portion of the property.
