Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in September 2016 per ASTM E1527-13 revealed one REC related to potential for impacts associated with on-site auto repair and hydraulic lift system (COCs not assessed as part of previous petroleum-only investigations). A Phase II ESA completed in January 2017 revealed limited soil impacts (arsenic exceeding residential direct-exposure, but below commercial cleanup target levels) and Cumene/Isopropylbenzene in groundwater above its associated cleanup target level which is attributable to the same impact found in previous investigations associated with the former USTs. This impact is eligible for state-funded assessment/cleanup; and may likely become a de minimus condition in the likely event that State cleanup standard for this constituent is revised to a health-based standard.

Former Use: Historical use included auto repair and retail gasoline sales. No previous land uses reported prior to these.
