Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is developed with a single-story commercial building and an asphalt paved parking lot. The commercial building was constructed in 1926 and is approximately 5,050 square feet in size. Historical sources reviewed as part of this assessment indicate that the site was primarily residential from 1913 to 1946. Burnett�s Flower Shop utilized the southern portion of the site from 1946 to 1950. After 1950, the southern portion of the site was utilized for automobile sales until 1980, and subsequently used as a parking lot. The northern portion of the site has been utilized as an automotive service shop since 1946.
