Additional Property Attributes

Historical property operated under mixed residential/commercial uses included on National Register of Historic Places. Included in a 2012 City of Thomas Dilapidated and Abandoned Building survey as high priority for re-development. A Phase I ESA was completed in September 2016. During 2016, the property was sold to a private developer who has nearly completed interior and exterior renovation for mixed uses. Several residential apartments are currently occupied.

Former Use: The property was identified on a 2012 Vacant and Dilapidated Building Survey as contributing to blight in its current condition. The site structure is a 3-story building historically operated for mixed use. A Phase I ESA was completed September 2016. No additional assessment was needed During late 2016, the property was sold to a private developer who completed significant interior and exterior renovation of the existing building and is currently leasing residential and commercial space.
