Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the site visit, the Property consisted of approximately 1.7 acres of land covered primarily in gravel, asphalt and concrete. The grain silos were observed near the center of the Property and an office and scale house are located on the eastern portion. A medical office building was located to the east and an apartment building was located to the west. Commercial and municipal structures were located to the south. A river walk followed by the Wabash River were located to the north. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions (RECs) in connection with the Property except for the following: � The former presence of the UST(s) noted in regulatory and historical review as well as a suspect pipe located and potential for a release from the former UST(s) � A foundry, freight depot, fertilizer warehouse and filling station and autobody repair were noted in the surrounding area. � The presence of the in-ground hydraulic lift located in the scale room in the silo building

Former Use: 1887-1927 The Property is primarily occupied by grain mill, elevators and warehouses. Various �engines� are located throughout the Property. A Cooper was listed in 1887 and a Shoe Manufacturing facility was located on the central portion of the Property in 1892 but not beyond 1897. 1928-1950 The Property appears similar to above; however, the current grain silos were constructed in 1928 1953-1998 The Property appears similar to above; however, the eastern portion of the Property was primarily vacant with a small structure in the area currently occupied by the office/scale house. A �fuel� pump was noted on the 1965 fire insurance map southeast of the building. The Property address was listed as the Inglehart Grain Elevator from 1958-1968 and the Cargill Grain Elevator from 1972-1992. 2003-2015 Property conditions appear similar to those noted during the site reconnaissance.
