Additional Property Attributes

The property was formerly known as Jackson Roll Form. An 8,000-gallon gasoline underground storage tank was registered at the site (Facility ID: 00038738). The UST was removed on August 10, 1995. A release was noted during removal, as stained soil, vapors and holes in the tank were observed during the tank removal. A release was immediately reported to MDEQ on August 10, 1995. The release ID is C-0925-95. No subsequent investigations occurred until 2015 when MDEQ investigated groundwater at the property utilizing their Triage program. The results of the Triage program showed no contaminants in groundwater. MDEQ indicated to the property owner that the subsequent additional sampling of groundwater at the former tank location could potentially result in closure of the release. Additional sampling was performed which supported MDEQ's Closure of the release which was issued on April 8, 2016.

Former Use: The subject property consists of 7.82 acres with one 98,275-square-foot building located near the center of the site. Several additions have been made to the building since its construction circa 1965, but all construction was complete by 1983. The building was used for manufacturing from the time of construction to approximately 1999. The main two companies who manufactured in the building were Anchorpac (from 1967-1979) and Jackson Roll Form Inc. (from 1983-1990). Jackson Roll Form Inc. stopped manufacturing rolled steel products in 1990, but has been leasing the building to various tenants since then. Apollo Express, Inc. has leased the building since approximately 2000. In 2014, Innovative Leasing LLC (associated with Apollo Express, Inc.) acquired the property by buying out Jackson Roll Form, Inc.s stock.
