Additional Property Attributes

Demolition of the current building and rebuild of a 7,500 square foot retail/commercial building.

Former Use: Standard and historical sources document the subject property was developed in 1962 with the construction of the original portion of the subject building as a two bay service garage in the western portion of the property. Prior to 1962, the property was vacant land. A building addition was constructed in 1971 that consisted of a third service bay and storage room in the northern portion of the northern service area, and a second building addition was constructed in 1985 that consisted of the entire three bay service area in the southern portion of the building. The property was occupied by a gasoline service station with two fuel dispensers located to the southeast of the building from 1962 to between 1980 and 1982, when the gasoline dispensing operations ceased and the fuel dispensers were removed. Service operations have continued since that time
