Additional Property Attributes

Targeted Brownfields Assessment performed by the Georgia EPD to assist the City of Thomson and McDuffle County in cleaning up the old, abandoned property. The property is a public health hazard and has contributed to the blight in the surrounding area. The City of Thomson and McDuffle County plan to redevelop the property.
