Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to Sanborn maps, the building on the Property was constructed between 1895 and 1901. A grocer and a hardware store each occupied half of the first floor, and the second floor was a Swisher Bros. cigar factory. Sanborn maps dated 1913, 1926, and 1943 depict a 120-gallon gasoline tank buried near the northwest corner of the building, likely associated with a 2-horsepower gasoline engine used in the building. A Sanborn map dated 1943 identifies the building as an auto sales and service business. A city directory dated 1999 identifies the Property as an auto parts store. The Property currently contains a pizza shop.
