Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I completed in December 2015 per ASTM E1527-13 revealed on-site RECs associated with documented soil and groundwater contamination associated with a State-program release, as well as potential impacts associated with auto repair no previously addressed by the State's petroleum program, as well as an additional non-program documented release and nearby source of migrating impacts (another auto repair facility). A Phase II ESA completed in March 2016 revealed excessive soil and groundwater impacts attributable to petroleum release(s). Additional assessment under the State program (if eligible) would be ideal to delineate and potentially remediate the impacts.
