Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed with a residence by 1884. A gasoline filling station and vehicle service station was constructed on the western portion of the Property, west of the residence, by 1945. The residence was razed in 1958. Gasoline and vehicle service station operations continued until the 1980�s. Seven underground storage tanks (USTs) were historically present on the Property and were reportedly removed in 1988, when the gasoline filling and vehicle service operations on the Property ceased. The Property was occupied by commercial retail businesses from 1995 through 2016.
