Additional Property Attributes

The Property consisted of approximately 0.67 acres of land developed with an unoccupied gasoline filling station. The gasoline filling station included an approximately 5,300 square-foot, one-story building, a 20,000-gallon underground storage tank (UST), two dispenser islands, underground fuel piping, and a canopy. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved or graveled driveway or parking areas, and landscaped areas.

Former Use: The Property was developed prior to 1938 as a train depot. The train depot operated through the early 1950�s. From the 1950�s through the late 1990�s, the Property was operated as a lumber yard. In 2002, all previous structures were razed and the Property was developed with a single building (the current building) and operated as a hardware store and gasoline filling station until 2013. The gasoline station included a 20,000-gallon underground storage tank (UST), dispensers, and a canopy. The Property has been unoccupied since 2013.
