Additional Property Attributes

The property will be redeveloped for an automotive parts wholesaler.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document that the subject property was vacant from at least 1937 until the eastern portion of the current building and an additional building located in the central portion were constructed between 1940 and 1949. The former building in the central portion, occupied by various tooling operations, was demolished at various times between 1963 and 1990. The attached garage and various additions to the current building were completed between 1965 and 1983. Historical records document that machining, tooling, and motor repair operations were conducted on the subject property between at least the 1950s and 2014, when the current building was vacated. Operations included the use of phosphoric acid dilute solution to remove scale from re-manufactured parts, varnish dip tank which utilized toluene as a thinning agent, and a paint booth.
