Additional Property Attributes

The School building will be re-purposed for conversion into multiple housing, as well as new construction of multi-housing of the existing parking areas and vacant land.

Former Use: Standard and historical sources document that the property was developed in at least 1937 with six dwellings and associated garage structures along the northern and eastern boundaries. The dwellings and garage structures were demolished between the 1940s and 1960s. The southern portion of the current school building was constructed between 1940 and 1949, and the northern portion was constructed between 1952 and 1956. The property was historically occupied by an elementary school until closing in 2013.
