Additional Property Attributes

According to the historical documents review, the Property was developed, circa 1925, as a candy manufacturer. In 1940, the Property was first utilized as an auto repair. This auto repair was known as �Henry�s Super Service.� According to the current property owner, Mr. Lawrence Henry, the Property was originally developed by his father as an auto repair facility in 1940. Mr. Henry bought the Property from his father in 1991 and continued the family business. There are no USTs historically or currently on-site.
