Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of a former bulk oil facility that is currently used for storage by White Construction. The on-site building is a one-story brick warehouse constructed in the early 1900s. The surrounding areas are predominantly residential and commercial land.

Former Use: The property is currently owned by Herman White who inherited the property from the past owner, Herman White II. The past owner purchased the property in 2002 and the property has been utilized as a warehouse storage for construction materials since that time. Past uses at the site included a machine tool manufacturer, Standard Oil bulk oil facility, automobile repair and engine service/rebuilding company.
