Additional Property Attributes

The Property covered approximately 0.18 acres and contained one single-story, 900-square foot single-family residence. The Property was vacant and there was a No Trespassing sign posted on the northern exterior wall issued by the City of South Tucson. The windows and doors of the structure were covered with plywood sheets that were secured to the structure with large screws in order to prevent illegal entry into the vacant structure. The residential structure was surrounded by bare dirt yard with some shrubs and trees. We observed two concrete foundations on the western and southeastern portions of the Property that were likely remnants from previous single-family residences and/or storage sheds that had been constructed on the site and subsequently demolished. We observed metal pipes protruding from the ground in the vicinity of the concrete pads, that were likely abandoned utility lines associated with the former structures. We observed scattered litter across the Property, including pieces of wood and empty beverage containers. We also observed an approximately 5-square foot area of blackened soil on the western portion of the Property, apparently where a small wood-burning fire had been set.
