Additional Property Attributes

The Property (Spokane County Parcel Identification Number 36343.0307) encompasses approximately 0.5 acres and is located at 5401 North Market Street, Spokane, Washington. Since approximately 1959, the property has been vacant with no structures. It appears to have been periodically used for parking automobiles. The Property is currently bounded on the north, east and south by East Rowan Avenue, North Market Street, and East Sanson Avenue, respectively; a vacant lot and single family residence are located to the west.

Former Use: The Property was operated as a lumber storage yard from approximately 1910 to 1959. During this period, the Property contained an office and a warehouse in addition to multiple outdoor storage areas for lumber, shingle and lathe. Since 1959, it appears no structures have existed on the Property. Aerial photographs and interviews conducted for the Phase I ESA suggest the Property was likely vacant between 1959 and 1999.
