Additional Property Attributes

COST was not provided access to the Property or allowed to interview the occupants. Therefore, our observations were made from Google Maps. The building had a sign indicating the Spanish Trail Motel and Apartments, occupied the Property. The Motel side, eastern side, of the Property appeared to be decommissioned, the roof on the northeastern buildings had been removed or degraded significantly. Multiple abandoned vehicles were present in this area. An empty pool and courtyard area were located in the center of the southeastern motels. The motels were various sizes, approximately between 1,100 and 2,700 square feet in size. Multiple storage trailers were present in the southeastern corner of the Property. The apartments on the western portion of the Property were apparently still in use. Multiple vehicles were parked in between the two apartment buildings. The two apartment structures were approximately 12,900 square feet in size. An aboveground storage tank (AST) was observed near the northern portion of the Property. Based on our observations during the reconnaissance, we believe that the lack of access and occupant interviews represents a REC for the Property.
