Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is occupied by Peninsula Glass & Auto. The site is developed with a 2,826 ft2 building. The 1st floor of the building is utilized for automotive glass repair and car sales while the 2nd floor is occupied by a residential apartment.

Former Use: The 0.4 acre parcel is developed with a two story building occupying 2,826 ft2. The site was developed as Brewer's Service Station in approximately 1955. The site operated as Ed's Auto Service Gas Station in the mid-1960s to mid-1970s. Four 500-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs) containing gasoline and used motor oil were removed from the site in 1974 when auto service and gasoline retail operations ceased. The lack of assessment sampling at the time of UST removal was identified in the Phase I ESA and investigated in the Phase II ESA.
