Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in January 2017 per ASTM E1527-13, RECs were identified in relation to the property's historical use as an auto repair facility. No documentation was provided or found in agency files indicating soil or groundwater data has been collected to determine if this REC has impacted the site. A Phase II ESA completed in April 2017 revealed no soil impacts above commercial land use criteria, and no groundwater impacts above regulatory cleanup criteria. Additional assessment was recommended if the end use is residential.
