Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in May 2016 revealed RECs related to the site's historical use as a retail gas station and auto repair facility. Historical groundwater impacts (up to 1995) had not delineated the extent of dissolved-phase impacts; and no previous investigations had addressed potential impacts related to hazardous materials storage/use/handling on-site. A Phase 2 ESA completed in August 2016 revealed limited soil impacts (at levels not indicating a notable potential for vapor intrusion into planned redevelopment) and shallow groundwater impacts that may be eligible for State-funded cleanup.

Former Use: Retail gas sales and service center. Later used for used auto sales.
