Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Sanborn Maps indicate the Property was developed by 1928 as the A. E. Hull Pottery company with four kilns, clay working and drying, and warehouse space. Rail siding entered the Property from the south. By 1949, the pottery building had been demolished and an auto repair business had been built. The auto repair business operated for an unknown period of time before it was demolished. The former Crooksville Car Wash was built on the Property in the 1980s. The car wash included an underground accumulation tank used to store water collected from car wash operation. The accumulation tank reportedly remains on the Property but its exact location is unknown. The car wash was demolished around 2010 and the current owner purchased the Property in 2013.
