Additional Property Attributes

Originally constructed around 1890, the approximately 0.83-acre Site is a former school, childcare center, and Islamic religious center. The Site has been under renovation since it was purchased by Olivewood Complex, LLC in 2011. The current owner plans to redevelop the Site into apartments for young adults who have aged out of the foster care system.

Former Use: The Site operated as a public school from 1890 through about 1981. From approximately 1981 through 2006, the Site operated as a childcare center. From 2006 through 2011, the property was an Islamic religious center. The current owner purchased the property in 2011 and plans to renovate the building into apartment units.
