Additional Property Attributes

There are 3 underground storage tanks that will be removed from this property. A deed restriction regarding the use of groundwater will be required and future structures on site will have to address the possibility of vapor intrustion issues by implementing vapor instrusion controls through a vapor barrier or other means. This property has been combined with the Buck's Garage site for purposes of site cleanup. The City of Camden applied for and was awarded an EPA cleanup grant to address cleanup at the Buck Garage/Moore's Lumber site and the two have been combined. Assessment dollars spent on the site are the same amount reflected in both PPF's for the sites.
