Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was a residential structure from 1887 to 1910. It was developed into a theater in 1919 through the present. The structure contains an attached apartment that was developed in 1945 and still exists on the structure.

The assessment was conducted on behalf of a cooperative so that they could take ownership of the Town of Randolph's local movie theater. Assessment done under a previous CA found benzene contamination of soil vapor, but upon investigation of indoor air quality, it was concluded that soil vapor was not impacted indoor air. No further assessment or cleanup was required, and under the current CA, we closed out the monitoring wells.
