Additional Property Attributes

The above named property was previously a Clark Station, and has transferred ownership four times since 2013. Most recently, Baynk Development LLC transferred the property to the Stark County Land Reutilization Corporation (Land Bank) in 2017 to facilitate an environmental assessment and potential clean-up of the property. The history of the property is relatively unknown, although BUSTRs OTTER database states there are three tanks with petroleum contents, and the permit for the gas station operation expired in 2006. The Phase II Assessment and Tank Removal (& associated sampling activities) yielded one sample in a groundwater monitoring well with MTBE detected, but it was well below the BUSTR action level. No further action letter was issued by BUSTR on 2/23/18.
